NDIS Mentoring
Do you want to achieve goals and increase your independence? Unlike a standard NDIS Support Worker, our qualified mentors are here to help you gain greater independence both at home and in life. Your mentor is there to support you all the way. Life transitions such as taking the step to live independently; learning how to cook, understanding how to use public transport or embarking on other personal growth plans, your mentor will support and guide you on your timeline to achievement.
NDIS Community Participation
Do you want to get more involved in your community but not sure where to start? Participating in your community can be an exciting challenge, and our qualified mentors are with you every step of the way to encourage you to take the next steps to become an active part of your community and build confidence as well as life and social skills. Your mentor will help you find social and community events of interest to you and arrange your participation. This may include class enrolment (e.g. music, painting), accessing live sporting events, and music concerts. Engaging in activities or discovering new passions like hiking, archery, bowling, skating, or anything else you wish to try.
